Process Following a Notice
Upon receiving a complete DMCA notice, the Employee Availability Form site will take prompt action in accordance with the DMCA. This includes removing or disabling access to the material claimed to be infringing. Furthermore, we may attempt to notify the party responsible for providing the content in question, allowing them the opportunity to submit a counter-notice.
Submitting a DMCA Counter-Notice

- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the judicial district in which the address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which the service provider may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement.
